Francesca Falsoni is the founding and managing partner of the Elli Falsoni law firm.
Francesca Falsoni received her law degree with a specialization in international law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano) in 1999 and, in the same year, participated in a course for specialization in “International Business Law and International Contracts” at the Metropolitan University in London. She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2002.
In 2004, Francesca Falsoni successfully completed a Master of Laws in “Banking, Corporate and Finance Law” at Fordham University School of Law in New York and, in 2005, a short Master of Laws in “M&A (mergers and acquisitions) transactions” at Bocconi University in Milan.
Francesca Falsoni has collaborated professionally for more than ten years with top tier Italian and international law firms such as Eversheds Bianchini, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners.
Francesca Falsoni focuses on mergers, acquisitions, transfers and leases of going concerns, joint ventures and other corporate transactions carried out by private equity funds and other corporate clients in Italy and abroad. She has gained a relevant experience in national and international commercial agreements by assisting Italian and foreign clients in connection with the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements. She regularly assists clients in connection with corporate and commercial matters as well as national and international arbitration.
She has gained a significant experience and specialization in the area of administrative liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 by assisting many Italian and foreign corporations in connection with the review, adoption and implementation of organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Francesca Falsoni has assisted various national and international sporting leagues, officially recognized by the National Olympic Committee, in connection with the drafting and negotiating of licensing, sponsorship and merchandising agreements as well as of the relevant Statutes and internal rules and regulations.
Francesca Falsoni has been appointed arbitrator in several arbitration proceedings (ad hoc and administered ones) and is currently Sole Judge of the Italian Kickboxing Federation recognized by the National Olympic Committee.
