Nicoletta Pagni

Nicoletta Pagni is of Counsel of the Elli Falsoni law firm.

She received her law degree from the University of Genoa; she also collaborated at the University of Pavia where she contributed to the academic programs of labour law and industrial relations.  

Nicoletta Pagni is member of AGI - Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Association of the Italian Labour Lawyers) and EELA - European Employment Lawyers Association.

Nicoletta Pagni deals mainly with labour law and union relations, in the judicial and extra-judicial consultancy, in particular assisting corporate clients in drafting and negotiating agreements and in the management of contractual relations with managers, agents and professionals.    

She also provides assistance in the area of the collective dismissal procedures and unions consultations.
